Galaxy NotePRO and Galaxy TabPRO tablet series revealed by Samsung at CES 2014

Samsung, at CES 2014 (Global Consumer Electronics and Consumer Technology Tradeshow) announced the Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO line of tablets, thereby enhancing its tablet portfolio. The company has revealed four new tablets consisting  the Galaxy TabPRO 12.2-inch, Galaxy TabPRO 10.1-inch,  Galaxy TabPRO 8.4-inch and the Galaxy NotePRO (12.2-inch).

Samsung stated that these tablets will be available in Wi-Fi only, Wi-Fi and 3G, or Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity options. Also, in addition to this, the company unveiled that  the 12.2-inch Galaxy NotePRO will come binned with an S Pen, while the 12.2-inch Galaxy TabPRO, Galaxy TabPRO 10.1-inch and 8.4-inch will come without the S Pen option.

The Galaxy NotePRO (12.2-inch)
The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO (12.2-inch) supports Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box. It accentuates  a 12.2-inch WQXGA (2560x1600px) 'Super Clear' LCD screen display. The gadget employs  Exynos 5 Octa processor for the Wi-Fi and 3G model, while the LTE variant employs a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset. 

Decked with 3GB of RAM, this device includes 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage variants, with a support of an additional 64GB expandable storage via microSD card. The tablet features an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with an LED flash and also encases a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. About the connectivity front, the Galaxy NotePRO supports Wi-Fi, USB 3.0, and Bluetooth. The device measures 295.6x204x7.95mm and weigh 750 grams (Wi-Fi) and 753 grams (3G/LTE), packed with large 9,500mAh battery.

Significantly, the Samsung Galaxy TabPRO (12.2-inch) comes with identical specifications to the Galaxy NotePRO (12.2-inch).

The Galaxy TabPRO 12.2-inchIf we talk about the Galaxy TabPRO (10.1-inch), this device also supports  Android 4.4 KitKat  and sports 10.1-inch WQXGA (2560x1600px) Super clear LCD screen display. The Galaxy TabPRO (10.1-inch) also employs two different set of processors an Exynos 5 Octa processor for the Wi-Fi model, while the LTE variant is employed with a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset. It is also decked with 3GB of RAM and includes 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage variants, with a support of an additional 64GB expandable storage via microSD card. The device packs a 8220mAh battery, sports an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with an LED flash and also encases a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. 


Galaxy TabPRO 8.4-inch
The Samsung Galaxy TabPRO (8.4-inch) also supports Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It sports an 8.4-inch WQXGA (1600x2560) Super clear LCD screen display. This device employs a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, decks up with 2GB of RAM and includes 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage variants, with an additional 64GB expandable storage via microSD card. The tablet is packed with a 4800mAh battery.

Regarding the pricing, Samsung did not reveal the pricing for the Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO tablets line.
