Lava recently launched the first Nvidia Tegra 4-Powered Tablet, Xolo Play Tegra Note in India at MRP 17,999/-. Lava stated this device as "world's fastest 7 inch tablet.
The tablet is decked with 7-inch IPS dispay screen having 1280 x 800 pixels of resolution. It is powered by a 1.8GHz Tegra 4 processor with a 72-core GeForce GPU and quad-core Cortex-A15 CPU with fifth battery saver core. The device comes up with 1 GB of RAM.
Talking about its storage specifications, it is equipped with 16 GB of internal storage memory with provision to expand upto 64 GB via microSD. With a 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP front facing camera, it opens up new way for photography. The device also exhibits front-facing HD audio stereo speakers steered with a 'bass-reflex port'. Presently, this tablet runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, but it will soon update to Android 4.3 update, as stated by Lava.
As continuing the trend of PC killers, tablets are coming up with more resilient specifications. Xolo Play Tegra Note being the latest one to join the league of super tablets.
